After logging into Jason's art works website, I was absolutely confused. I did not comprehend some of the logic behind the different art works that he invented so far. In essence, they were complicated to understand in my view. However, after spending sometime looking and analyzing them critically, I came to realize that some of the artworks are not all weird as i had previously thought. In fact some of the images I found had music nice music and as I clicked the mouse on the image, poetry appears and that made feel a sense of Digital Art Poetry.
I looked at three different artworks of Jason Nelson and they are as illustrated below.
A). Alarmingly these are not lovesick zombies. This game had a disturbing images. And the concept of this is that one had to shoot the zombies and advance to the next level. I went up to level 3 and it got really tough so i couldn't go further. Overall, I liked this game and I would like to play it again.
B). Genetic Code (Play 7). This creation had colorful blocks with text written on them.the blocks move in a 3D Circle after when I clicked the mouse around the blocks. As they blocks move around, they wobble and change colors which was interesting but looks more of kiddish things. an adult like myself is like to get bored in in just a minute but a kid would be happy to play all day long because of its artistic nature.
C). This is/isn't a pandemic flu. this was about how individuals are so upright in regards to pandemics and epidemics. The scenario is that Jason dispenses the flu to the audience and in a series of uncomfortable pictures or images, phrases and audio freak them out.
So in my conclusion about Jason's Artistic works, I think they are great because they make me feel and imagine the idea behind such works and attempt to relate them to our physical environment.
